Pre Sales Questions Making a purchase is easy, just browse our website, and click the 'plus' icon which appears when you roll over the product image. Any items that you wish to purchase are added to your shopping bag. You can view what is currently in the bag to the top right of the page. Roll over this area for more detail. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ and you will be able to confirm delivery address and set up payment for the products.

How Do I Pay? There are options to pay through credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Meastro, JCB) via our secure Barclays gateway. We will also accept direct Bank Transfer. Paypal will follow shortly. Alternatively, you can pay cash on collection. We will accept cheque but shipping times may vary as this is subject to funds clearing into our bank account.

How long does shipping take? If your product is in stock, we dispatch orders for tracked, next day delivery if ordered and payment is processed by 1pm. We use a DHL pick up service and depending on the time of the order deliveries will usually take 1 working days. Most purchases will come under the 'medium parcels' category and are priced on weight with insurance. Please email us for a complete breakdown on shipping rates.

Do you allocate tracking numbers? We use DHL to deliver our goods. They will send you a unique tracking code which is accessed via the DHL website.

Our returns policy? We will only accept returns on faulty goods. If we have a replacement in stock then this will be sent to you, otherwise we must contact the manufacturer. If, for any reason, the product is no longer available direct from the manufacturer, London Modular Limited will offer a full refund.

Cancelling an order We offer a period of 7 days where you can cancel your order after purchasing from London Modular Limited. This is only for products on pre-order or not currently in stock.
